October 2024. EMAG Technologies Inc. successfully verifies its new software-defined radio (SDR) customized for hypersonic data communications. The new SDR features a hardened waveform that mitigates RF blackout effects in harsh plasma environments.

September 2024. EMAG Technologies Inc. successfully tests its new 10 kW plasma environment generator. The new chamber can achieve very high electron density levels representative of high Mach hypersonic vehicle velocities.

August 2024. EMAG partner Aloft Sensing Inc. successfully integrates and tests their X-band radar comprising a customized EMAG AESA into a variety of low flying drones, aircraft and stratospheric platforms.

July 2024. Dr. Kamal Sarabandi’s scientific contributions and technical achievements are recognized with the 2024 IEEE Electromagnetics Award as well as an earlier “Legends of Electromagnetics” medal.
