June 2024. Dr. Kaz Sabet, EMAG’s president, was invited to deliver a keynote speech at the 2024 IEEE International Microwave Symposium (IMS), which was held in Washington DC on June 16-21, 2024. The talk entitled “Electro-Optic Mapping Techniques for Characterization of Microwave Circuits, Devices and Antenna Systems” was the opener of the Th1G session: “Who Needs Contact? Developments in OTA Measurements”.
In the keynote speech, Dr. Sabet presented an overview of EMAG’s NeoScan field measurement system, its principle of operation and technical specifications along with examples of its applications in antenna characterization, RF diagnostics and biomedical measurements. The talk was followed by a short Q&A.
